2. Ordering a Personalized Song

When placing an order, customers agree to provide accurate information needed to create their personalized song.

This may include names, personal memories, relationships, musical preferences, and other details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the information they submit for accuracy.

We may contact customers if additional information is needed to complete their orders.

3. Our Creative Process

Each song is individually created based on the information provided by the customer.

GIVE OUR SONG uses digital music production tools, which may include artificial intelligence, to assist in creating personalized lyrics, vocals, and music.

We make reasonable efforts to incorporate the customer's requested details and musical preferences. However, the finished song may not match every requested artistic preference exactly.

4. Lyrics Approval and Revisions

Customers will receive personalized lyrics for review before final song production.

Each order includes one free lyric revision.

Once the customer approves the lyrics, GIVE OUR SONG will proceed with producing the finished song.

Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee, which will be disclosed before the additional work begins.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before work begins on a personalized song.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.

6. Digital Delivery

All songs are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information so their completed songs can be delivered.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, customer response times, requested revisions, and technical circumstances.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are personalized digital creations, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers may request a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, refunds are generally unavailable, except as required by applicable law.

8. Personal Use and Copyright

Customers may use their purchased personalized songs for personal, noncommercial purposes, including sharing with family and friends, playing at private celebrations, and posting personal videos on social media, subject to applicable third-party platform rules.

Purchasing a song does not automatically transfer copyright ownership or grant exclusive commercial rights.

Customers may not resell, commercially distribute, license, or claim exclusive ownership of a song without separate written authorization from GIVE OUR SONG.

OUR SONG does not guarantee that any AI-assisted content qualifies for copyright protection.

9. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting stories, photographs, names, recordings, or other materials, customers confirm they have the right or necessary permission to provide those materials for the purpose of creating their songs.

Customers retain their rights to the original materials they submit.

Customers authorize GIVE OUR SONG to use submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to create, revise, and deliver their orders, unless additional permission is granted.

We will not intentionally publish a customer's personal stories, photographs, or personalized songs as promotional examples without permission.

10. Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to submit material that violates applicable laws, infringes another person's rights, or contains unlawful threats or harassment.

GIVE OUR SONG reserves the right to decline requests that are unlawful or otherwise inappropriate. If an order is declined before production begins, the customer will receive a refund.

11. Technical Issues

We strive to provide properly functioning digital audio files.

If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or inaccessible file, they should contact us so we can investigate and provide a corrected file when appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GIVE OUR SONG is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

GIVE OUR SONG may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Updated terms will be posted on our website. The terms applicable to an accepted order will not be changed retroactively without a lawful basis.
