At GIVE OUR SONG, every personalized song is created especially for you using the memories, stories, and details you provide. We want you to love your song and have a wonderful experience.

Digital Products

All GIVE OUR SONG products are custom-made digital songs. No physical products are shipped.

Because each song is personalized and created specifically for the customer, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation and full refund before we begin creating your personalized song.

Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are generally unavailable because work has already begun on your custom order.

Lyrics Approval and Revisions

Before your finished song is produced, we will provide your personalized lyrics for review and approval.

Each order includes one free lyric revision.

Once you approve the lyrics, we will proceed with producing your personalized song.

Additional revisions or changes requested after approval may require an additional fee, which will be discussed with you before any additional work begins.

Problems With Your Order

If you receive the wrong song, experience a technical problem with your digital file, or believe we made an error in your order, please contact us.

We will review the issue and work to correct any mistake on our part at no additional charge.

Refund Requests

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us with your name, order number, and an explanation of the issue.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
